What We Charge:

The cost is based on the length of your session at $40 for each quarter hour. A typical session lasts between two and four hours.

What You Get:

At the end of your design consult you will have a professionally drawn freehand plans and side view drawings as well as thumbnail perspective sketches, where appropriate. You will also have a basic understanding of the structural issues to be addressed. Most important you will understand what your addition or remodeling will look like, how it will work and what the realistic possibilities are.
