Hinsdale Brattleboro Bridge
The
people of
Hinsdale, NH and Brattleboro, VT want a new bridge across
the Connecticut River between their two cities to be more than just the
solution to a traffic problem. They want this major public
structure to enhance their view of the River and enrich the
experience of passage. |

Washington Street Bridge
Washington Street Bridge– Dover,
NH. An old
downtown embraces a new development. To get there, a new bridge is
required. An ordinary river crossing like hundreds around the State
won’t do. The City of Dover called upon us and our partners, Louis
Berger Group, to propose designs that would make the bridge an
enhancement to the city center, a destination as well as a passage. |

Concord Bus Stop Shelters
Riders
waiting for the bus in downtown
Concord have a view of
some of the city’s finest buildings-the State House, the State
Library, the Clock Tower and the Sheraton Building. What they do
not have is shelter from the weather. CNCA has been
commissioned by the City to develop designs for downtown shelters
that will both offer cover from the storm and honor their
architectural neighbors. |

pursue similar opportunities nationwide. C.N. Carley Associates

and three dimensional modeling, needed to create signature retail
spaces across the country. |

New Hampshire Political Library/ Franklin Pierce
House.
An historic building in the city’s historic district

past is also essential. A carefully resolved addition and site plan
is the solution.

Representatives Hall
Venerable Representative’s Hall in The New Hampshire Statehouse was
showing its age. Crumbling plaster, worn carpets, and inefficient
lighting combined with an outdated ventilation system all pointed to
the need for improvement. CNCA is developing plans and
specifications for restoration and renewal of all of the visible
elements along with an upgrade of the heating and ventilating that
will only be evident in a new level of comfort. |

Camp Coniston Bath House
A
classic New

rustic mood of camp and the expectations of 21st century

lit and open to the fresh air.

Westwind Condominiums
A small
site offers a big opportunity in a growing and prosperous community
by the sea. The design challenge is to provide residences for the
four families without disturbing the scale and fabric of a single
family neighborhood. The challenge is met by placing dormered
houses to the rear of the site and leaving the original single
family house in place. |
